Through a controlled-access web interface, VSA’s clients, partners, and call center can view customer profiles, schedule appointments, generate follow up tasks, file completed work reports and notes, review completed appointments, and track customer responses and interactions.
VirtualNet also offers VSA’s customers an unprecedented level of visibility into the services VSA provides. From any computer with internet access, customers can access call center reports and data about previous phone calls, view the scheduling of upcoming events such as seminars and webinars, and review upcoming appointments. Access to VirtualNet can be managed to allow several different levels of access based on each users need. VirtualNet will also provide a summary of activity to allow all parties involved the opportunity to forecast new sales.
