We are committed to participant education, communication and on-going service.

We believe that with right kind of education that plan participants are more likely to save at higher rates and invest for the long term, and that well-educated participants may be less likely to react adversely to short-term dips in the market.

We will provide customized and targeted enrollment and education material, personally conduct initial employee education meetings, and maintain a schedule for ongoing periodical communication.

We will solicit the involvement of participants through polls, surveys, and other input to help refine and achieve plan success.

We will appropriately monitor the effectiveness of participant education and communications, and provide a report back to the plan sponsor at least annually.
